・Survey report from your school※ 1

・3 photo (3cm x 1cm) (fill in your name on the back and paste one of them on the application form)

Within 2 weeks after the selection process

*Results will be sent by post (no notification by email or phone).

*If you do not hear from us within 3 weeks after the screening, please contact the Admissions General Information.

Admission procedure Successful applicants must complete the admission procedure by the specified date.

-Submission of documents requested by the school, such as a written confirmation of enrollment(Required documents are enclosed with the acceptance letter.)

-Payment of admission fee(Within about 10 days from the date of issuance of the letter of acceptance)

-Payment of tuition fees

-・Submission of bank transfer request form

*1 If it is not possible to submit at the time of application due to high school circumstances, it is possible to submit at a later date.As soon as the survey report arrives at our school, we will conduct a screening and notify you of the pass/fail results.

How to apply for the recommendation entrance examination


Please submit it to our school.

4Admission procedure

Please submit the documents and pay the admission fee within 10 days from the date of issuance of the letter of acceptance.


Upon payment of the admission fee and confirmation of the submitted documents, we will officially approve your admission as a student of our school.

Please enclose the set of application documents in the attached envelope designated by our school and mail or bring it to the address below.

*Please use the transfer request form specified by our school to pay the entrance examination fee.
Affix the receipt ③ <for submission to school> with the reception date stamp to the back of the application form.

*Please pay the entrance examination fee in cash if you bring it in person.Reception hours: 9:00-19:00 (excluding school holidays).

*Please note that submitted application documents and entrance examination fees will not be refunded.
