・Application form ・Graduation certificate (original) or diploma (copy)
High school or university documents (written in native language or English) (Proof of completion of 12 years or more of school education abroad, or equivalent to Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Notification No. 153) *For graduation certificates written in languages other than English, please attach a Japanese translation. ・Documents that prove your Japanese language proficiency (any one of the following is acceptable)
・3 photo (3cm x 1cm) (fill in your name on the back and paste one of them on the application form)
