Toulon is located in the south of France and is a city with deep roots in French food culture, including Mediterranean cuisine.
We held a training session on how to prepare Japanese cuisine in this gourmet region, and also had the opportunity to make friends through tastings at wineries and interactions at local schools.
The participants stayed in a homestay and were treated to a full-course Japanese meal to conclude the training. The "Oden" dish in particular was well-received as it symbolizes the Japanese "dashi" culture.
Through this training, which allowed participants to experience the power of food to transcend language barriers by fusing it with French gastronomic culture, they were able to convey the appeal of Japanese cuisine to local people, providing them with a valuable experience in international food culture exchange.

Training in America

I experienced American food culture, visited restaurants run by Japanese people, and learned the importance of hard work and the spirit of taking on challenges overseas by watching successful Japanese owners. This has greatly increased my motivation for post-graduation.
The lecture, held in cooperation with the University of Southern Nevada, deepened participants' professional knowledge of American food trends and industry movements.
In addition, by tasting at famous local restaurants, they experienced unique American cuisine and food styles and felt their appeal! On their days off, they visited Disneyland and enjoyed the charm of entertainment, including food culture. It was a valuable experience that cultivated intercultural understanding and a global perspective.

This program teaches you how to prepare dishes and desserts using the latest techniques, using the highest quality Italian ingredients and equipment.
