High school or university certificate (written in your native language or in English) (proof of completion of 12 years or more of school education abroad.

*For graduation certificates written in languages ​​other than English, please attach a Japanese translation.

・Documents that prove your Japanese language proficiency (any one of the following is acceptable)

  1. Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency (N1 or N2 (former Level 1 and Level 2)), or pass/fail result notification.
    Issued by the Japan Foundation or Japan Educational Exchanges and Services (JEES).
  2. A score report for the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (a total of 200 points or more in reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and listening-reading comprehension in Japanese subjects) issued by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
  3. BJT business Japanese proficiency test transcript (400 points or more) issued by the Japan Kanji Proficiency Test Association.
  4. Japanese language school graduation certificate (or certificate of expected graduation) and academic transcript (with the number of days attended)

About withdrawing from school

Points to note when withdrawing from school

If you decline admission after receiving a letter of acceptance from our school, we will refund your tuition fees, excluding the admission fee, only if you complete the following procedures.
However, please note that any applications received after the final submission deadline will not be accepted or returned.

Please submit the school's designated admission decline form and acceptance letter to the general admission information desk, either by mail or in person.

*Please call the Admissions Information Department to request a form of admission withdrawal.
